DocFlow provides a document management, e-signature, and CPQ platform for legitimate business purposes. You may use our services in accordance with these terms:
- Creating, editing, and managing business documents
- Collecting and applying electronic signatures to legitimate documents
- Using CPQ tools for product configuration and quote generation
- Integrating our API with your applications for authorized purposes
- Sharing documents with authorized parties for legitimate business purposes
- Storing and managing documents within your allocated storage limits
You are responsible for ensuring all uses of our platform comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use DocFlow for any prohibited activities. The following activities are strictly forbidden:
2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material and Exploitation
- Creating, uploading, or distributing any content depicting child sexual abuse
- Content that sexualizes minors or depicts inappropriate contact with minors
- Any content that exploits or endangers children in any way
2.2 Violence, Terrorism, and Serious Physical Harm
- Content that promotes, facilitates, or enables terrorism or violent extremism
- Content that encourages or glorifies serious physical harm to individuals or groups
- Creating documents used to plan or execute violent acts
- Threats of violence or intimidation against any person or group
2.3 Self-Harm and Suicide
- Content that encourages, depicts, or glorifies self-harm or suicide
- Providing instructions or methods for self-harm
- Content that dramatizes or normalizes suicidal ideation
2.4 Hate Speech and Discrimination
- Defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Content that promotes supremacy or incites hatred against any group
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of individuals
2.5 Sexually Explicit Content
- Sexually explicit content, pornography, or adult material
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or revenge porn
- Sextortion or any form of sexual exploitation
- Prostitution or solicitation of sexual services
2.6 Fraud, Deception, and Scams
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content including scams
- Counterfeit documents or forged signatures
- Impersonation of others without authorization
- Phishing, social engineering, or identity fraud
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
2.7 System Abuse and Security Violations
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineering or decompiling our platform
- Overwhelming our infrastructure with excessive requests
- Using automated tools without authorization
- Scraping or harvesting data from our platform
- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
2.8 Intellectual Property Violations
- Uploading copyrighted materials without authorization
- Reproducing content protected by trade secrets
- Using trademarks or brand names without permission
- Any activity that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
3. Enforcement
We take violations of this Acceptable Use Policy seriously. When we become aware of potential violations, we may take the following actions:
- Warning: Issue a written warning requesting compliance
- Temporary Suspension: Restrict access to your account pending investigation
- Permanent Termination: Terminate your account and revoke access to remaining credits without refund
- Content Removal: Remove prohibited content without notice
- Legal Action: Pursue civil or criminal remedies where appropriate
- Law Enforcement: Report illegal activities to relevant authorities
We reserve the sole right to determine whether content or activity violates this policy. Our decision in any individual case is final. Serious violations, including content related to child exploitation, terrorism, or serious physical harm, will result in immediate permanent termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

When reporting, please provide as much detail as possible, including examples of the violating content or activity, dates and times, and any relevant account information.
